Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers what information we collect from you when you visit the site, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. By using the site, you agree with the terms and conditions of this privacy policy and our terms of use.

If you have any concerns or questions about our privacy policy please contact us at

First and most important: we never sell or rent or make available to a third party any of your personal information. The sole exception to this is your credit card company. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution and their vendors, which receive the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. This process is handled using the gold standard of Internet security systems.

Information we collect:
There are basically two type of information that our site collects: automatically collected information consistent with the best practices of the internet and the personal information that you choose to submit when you open an account to place an order or to receive our newsletter.

Automatically Collected Information:
Some information is automatically received and sometimes collected from you when you visit the site. We receive and collect the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our site; and the Internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to our site. We use this information to monitor the usage of our site. Also, when we send emails to you, we may be able to identify information about your email address, such as whether you can read graphic-rich HTML emails. All of the information we automatically capture provides us with the ability to enhance our customers’ search and shopping experiences and to determine aggregate information about our user base and usage patterns.

Cookies and IP addresses:
Our Web servers automatically collect limited information about your computer’s connection to the Internet, including your IP address, when you visit our sites. (Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send data – such as the Web pages you view on our site.) Your IP address does not identify you personally. We use this information to deliver our Web pages to you upon request, to tailor our site to the interests of our users and to measure traffic within our sites.

To help make our site more responsive to the needs of our visitors, we invoke a standard feature found in browser software called a “cookie”, to assign each visitor a unique, random number, a sort of anonymous user ID that resides on your computer. The cookie doesn’t actually identify the visitor, just the computer that a visitor uses to access our site. A cookie can’t read data off your hard drive. We do not link cookie data with personally identifiable information. You can disable cookies at any time by changing the preferences in your browser. Finally, we keep records of certain non-personally identifiable information such as the number of hits a Web page receives, IP address, and other aggregate data. We do not link this aggregate data with any personal information. Third parties that help us administer our Web site may have access to this non-personally identifiable, aggregate data. However, these third parties are bound to keep this information confidential.
